Gronen Restoration is leading the reconstruction and reopening of a Dubuque cultural landmark, the Silver Dollar Cantina. Both a favorite downtown eatery and Dubuque's home for original and nationally touring live music before the days of the Busted Lift, the Dollar burned in October of 2001.
